Roger is currently an Executive-in-Residence at Scale Venture Partners, where he focuses on high-growth SaaS and enterprise software.
Prior to joining Scale, Roger served as General Manager of Guidewire Analytics where he led the global effort to scale its data products and customer base. Previously, he spent 15 years at RMS, running the firm’s Global Consulting & Securitization business. He has also served as CPO at Arceo.ai, CPO & COO at Nomis Solutions. Roger holds a triple major in English, Economics, and Earth Systems, and an M.S. in Earth Systems from Stanford University.
