David has over 20 years of experience in utility operations, SaaS management and marketing.
Prior to joining Technosylva, Schoenberg served as Chief Delivery & Operations Officer at Uplight, a technology partner for energy providers on clean energy systems. There he directed all elements of client delivery over implementation, operations and account management. From 2010 to 2021, David worked at PG&E, most recently serving as Director of Customer Engagement. He led numerous functions within their Customer Care department and guided various efforts to improve the overall customer experience, including the PSPS program.
He also led PG&E’s delivery of customer outreach programs in support of field work activities and fire mitigation programs. David holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business; and a BBA in marketing and consulting from Emory University, Goizueta Business School. In addition, David hold a certification in the US Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Incident Command System (ICS) 100, 200, 700, and 800.
