Amber is a corporate finance & accounting leader with a broad range of experience in financial reporting and operations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic decision making, process improvements and scaling.
She has significant experience with private equity backed software companies and has successfully integrated over thirty acquisitions throughout her career. She has overseen financial reporting in fourteen countries and managed teams across the globe. Amber holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Augsburg University, an MBA degree from the University of Minnesota (Carlson), and she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
