Ashutosh Agrawal is a Managing Director at TA where he focuses on investments in software and technology-enabled services companies.
He was a Principal at Francisco Partners prior to joining TA in 2011, and previously worked in the Investment Banking Division, Leveraged Finance Group, at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ashu received a BS degree, summa cum laude, in Computer Science and an MEng in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA degree as a Baker Scholar with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School.
