Scott Davidson is an experienced board director and former COO/CFO with over 25 years of leadership in scaling high-growth software companies.
He led Hortonworks through its IPO, scaled Quest Software to over $1B in revenue before its acquisition by Dell, and drove international expansion at Alteryx. Designated an SEC “Financial Expert,” he brings deep governance, audit, and compliance expertise alongside operating experience across SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, and analytics. He currently serves on the boards of BlackLine (NASDAQ: BL), Appfire, Veracode, Technosylva, PowerGEM, and Tungsten Automation.
