Utility Wildfire, Weather & Analytics Summit
The 2026 Utility Wildfire, Weather & Analytics Summit (UWWAS), is hosted by Idaho Power and serves as a premier collaborative forum for investor-owned utilities, atmospheric scientists, and technology innovators to tackle the escalating risks of extreme weather and wildfire. By integrating advanced meteorological modeling, machine learning, and satellite-based vegetation monitoring, the summit drives the development of high-resolution predictive tools that are essential for grid resilience and public safety.
Technosylva is attending and speaking to advance the communal effort to transition from theoretical research to practical, data-driven utility operations and directly shapes the next generation of wildfire mitigation strategies, ensuring that energy providers can more accurately predict, prepare for, and perform during critical weather events across the Western United States. Technosylva will directly speak on advances in wildfire-driven urban conflagration modeling and building loss forecasting.
