Britt has 30 years of experience as an engineer, lawyer, and business leader (CEO, CSO, CLO).
She serves on the Board of Directors of NorthWestern Energy (Nasdaq: NWE); as the Lead Independent Director of ATLIS Motor Vehicles (Nasdaq: AMV), a battery and electric work truck innovator; and the Advisory Board of 3Degrees, a B Corp that helps companies (including Microsoft, Etsy, and Bank of America) meet their climate goals. As CEO of Ide Energy & Strategy, Britt consults on energy, sustainability, climate change, and ESG, independently and through Plan C Advisors, who advise boards on climate and ESG planning. Britt holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering, and a Juris Doctor. She has a Harvard Certificate in Mediation and is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow. She speaks internationally on ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), sustainability, and corporate governance.
